I've been in this business since 1999. I chose to be a loan agent after a long and satisfying career in the broadcast industry. I selected this career because I believe in home ownership and I love crunching numbers, researching and negotiating loan programs (making a good fit) as much as I love working with people to realize their real estate dreams.

I wasn't a loan agent when I bought my first home. I didn't know what my options were, the pros and cons of the many loan programs available. Heck, I didn't know what was available. I did however know a mortgage broker. She took good care of me and got me the loan that bought my first home. A condo. What I didn't get from that experience was information that I could carry with me to my next loan and future real estate transactions.

At the close of the transaction I want my clients to know more about the process and the options available to them. I want my clients to know that they have made the decisions about the financing of their property. I want my clients to have no regrets about the option they chose and to have a plan for their home financing that works with their family, life, investment, employment and retirement plans.
